Redhawks Jr Basketball partners with Positive Coaching Alliance (PCA). This means we are committed developing:

1) Double Goal Coaches who strive to win while pursuing the more important goal of teaching life lessons 

2) Triple Impact Competitors who work to improve themselves,  their teammates, and the game as a whole. 

3) Second Goal Parents who reinforce life lessons and leaves coaching to the coaches and refereeing to the refs.
